The following photos show the actual cuts of Baldwin Grassfed Charolais Beef. They are typical of the cuts being sold. Our beef is from approximately 2 year old steers that were born and raised on Baldwin Family Farms. After weaning, the steers are grazed on the very best winter and summer grasses that can be grown in North Carolina. Our grass program can be seen by clicking on the Virtual Tour.
Our beef is processed by Chaudhry Halal Meats, Siler City, NC. The Chaudhry plant is a family operated USDA inspected facility. The Chaudhry family is an amazing American success story. More of their story can be read under Meet Our Processor.
Our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days. It is de-boned as much as possible and made into kitchen ready cuts. Each cut is weighted, labeled, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen. It is 100% pure beef with no added chemicals or preservatives. The cuts are priced by unit package. The stated weights are approximate and typical for each cut. There are no additional charges except shipping and handling.
